1. Return Period

You have up to 07 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, email, etc.)


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items or clearance products

  • Opened or used cosmetics or makeup

  • Personal or intimate items (e.g., facial scarves, intimate veils)


4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@horizonteutilities.com with the subject "Return Request"

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, you can choose:

    • A full refund

    • Store credit

    • Exchange for another item


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item)

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the item
